The customer was complaining of a faulty HMI that was showing addressing errors and not responding correctly to operator requests. We quickly diagnosed the problem as a Profibus network issue and corrected the fault. We remained with the food manufacturer until production had resumed and the customer was once again happy with the overall operation of the Controls System.
